SETH C.K. AMEDOFU (CEO/CHAIRMAN BOARD OF DIRECTORS)

To God be the glory who gave the vision of PILEMA to this humble and unassuming son of Ghana. He had sojourned in foreign countries practicing Law Enforcement as a profession. He is a product of Wakefield Detective College UK, University of Virginia, USA, FBI. (NA) Associate,USA. Zion Ministries International, USA. Customs and Border Control Training Course, USA. FBI (NA) Associate, Retraining Sessions at Cairo-Egypt, Abu Dhabi and South Africa. GIMPA Chief Executives Management Course, Ghana. Head of Delegation to Interpol Conference, at Punta del Este, Uruguay. Retired Head of C.I.D, Sierra Leone. He returned home in 1992 and set up his own Private Detective Firm- Private Eye Limited. He was a former Visiting Lecturer on Crime Prevention Strategies at GIMPA. His field of study (Criminal Justice) is new and foreign in his homeland. All throughout the years his thought was on how to bring this unique field of study into Ghana. It is very rare in any of the universities yet there are unknown qualified professors and lecturers. And when the visionary birthed the idea to Professor G.K. Nukunya, he embraced it. Mr. P. K. Hayibor put together the Legal documents and TULEMA / PILEMA was incorporated. He later found out to his amazement that there are so many talents. We now have a College of Public Safety and Criminal Justice in Ghana. Above all he has Thirty-eight (38) years experience in Law Enforcement.

“But by the grace of God, I am what I am, and His grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain, but I laboured more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the GRACE OF GOD which was with me”. I Corinthians 15:10
